RED has this amazing hybrid BA role spanning the Americas IT Strategy/Planning and IT Operations team This is a HYBRID, long term position that gets extended by three months at a time. The successful candidate will assist with training activities for IT employees/contractors and prepare/train the trainer documentation to enable businesses to train end users. This project is for USC only.


Specific training responsibilities include;


  • Develop Training Curriculum for BIC IT;
  • Learn & Understand Enable Now;
  • Plan for the Production of BIC IT Curriculum Content on Enable Now;
  • Plan & Conduct Training Sessions for BIC IT
  • Record & Edit Training Sessions for use by the larger organization


Skills:

More than 5 years professional experience as a Business Analyst

* Strong Process engineering applying proven methodology

* Deep understanding of and hands on exp with Salesforce

* Ability to gather & document Requirements with minimal supervision

* Strong Facilitator of meetings & workshops

* Resilient follow-up demeanor confirming assumptions, decisions, risks & issues

* Project Management approach to work assignments

* Proficient in Data Mining & Analytics

* Proven ability to develop Training materials

* Working knowledge of ITSM

* Working knowledge of Jira

* Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications


Preference given to;

* Working knowledge of ManageEngine Help Desk software

* Working knowledge of SAP Enable Now for authoring training content

* Adobe Creative Cloud for graphics
