Robert Half is partnering with a private wealth management company who is seeking an in-house corporate paralegal for its Jupiter, FL office. This paralegal will be working on ultra-high-net-worth transactions and will report to the legal team. Responsibilities include preparation of operating agreements, by-laws, articles of organization, assignments of interest, resolutions, and related corporate governance matters; maintaining corporate documents and filing annual reports; business immigration matters; working with commercial and residential leases and compiling and tracking lease dates, and payment calculations. Position provides full benefits and bonus.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate and/or Associate Degree
  • 4+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
