Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a large logistics firm in the Steubenville OH area. This organization is an intermodal logistics company (water/rail/trucking) that handles a variety of materials such as oil/gas, agriculture, steel, and more. This organization has experienced consistent growth over the years, has never experienced layoffs, and has consistent growth opportunity to offer


About the Role:

This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: setting employee schedules, managing payroll tracking via Paycom, invoice documentation collection, basic excel tracking, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, tracking compliance requirements, etc.


Responsibilities:

  • Setting employee schedules

  • Tracking compliance requirements


Schedule: M-F, occasional Saturday (maybe 1x/mo. – half day) – 7 AM – 3 PM, maybe 8 AM – 4 PM – some flexibility if needed


Required Skills:

  • Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Administrative experience/office management


Preferred Skills:

  • Paycom
  • Payroll Management


Pay range and compensation package:

Compensation: $18/hr to $22/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
