Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system, including modules such as financials, order management, inventory, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement workflows, scripts, and customizations within NetSuite to meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support for NetSuite users, including troubleshooting issues, performing system maintenance, and managing system upgrades.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the NetSuite system.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to maintain system stability and data integrity.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics and support decision-making processes.
  • Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, including system integrations, data migrations, and process improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite, including system administration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and best practices, particularly in financial management, supply chain, and operations.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk for NetSuite customization and integration.
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
