Talent Acquisition Vendor Specialist

Position Type: TEMPORARY
Position Scope: As a Talent Acquisition Vendor Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Vendor Coordinator/Manager with tasks and responsibilities directly related to our Staffing Agency Partners. Your innovative approach will be key to excelling in this role, as you take on the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with on-site representatives from each agency to ensure effective daily communication.
- Greet on-site staff and participate in weekly Forklift Assessment Sessions to observe and provide feedback.
- Oversee and assist with weekly orientation and onboarding for agency personnel.
- Coordinate with the Training Department and staffing agencies to schedule and execute required training sessions and assessments.
- Review potential duplicate profiles with on-site representatives and notify the team as needed.
- Track and manage candidates nearing eligibility for permanent conversion, ensuring alignment with agency partners.
- Perform data entry and data validation to maintain accurate records.
- Send weekly email updates regarding upcoming candidate conversions to managers and agency representatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Management Partners to open new requisitions for conversions when required.
- Support Talent Specialists with password resets and access requests.
- Email orientation confirmations to conversion candidates.
- Update the Orientation Tracker with conversion candidate details.
- Maintain the Referral Tracker, noting candidates who have met the 90-day requirement.
- Send qualified referral information to the Payroll team on a weekly basis using Workday.
- Assist the Vendor Coordinator with managing referrals via Workday as a case solver.
- Work closely with recruiters to prevent requisition duplication and streamline processes.
- Distribute agency scorecard surveys to supervisors and managers for Quarterly Business Review data.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
