Job Description

 

Our managers are dedicated individuals who are motivated to be the very best. As a Restaurant Manager, you will set the tone for your team to be enthusiastic and refined while providing warm guest experiences. We train each manager to support the dining room operation, build sales, and make memorable connections with our guests and our team. Our Restaurant Managers understand our culture and follow through with full attentiveness, recognizing your significant role in the success of each shift. Through a 10-to-12-week training program, we will guide you through everything you’ll need to be successful in our operation. From learning how to be a Doc B’s greeter, server, service bartender, and bartender; to working all culinary positions. Everything from grilling the perfect filet, preparing our homemade desserts, and making pizza dough from scratch. You will gain knowledge and perspective from each function in the kitchen and get hands-on training from professionals who have mastered their craft. In addition, we will teach you the art of interpersonal relationships on the floor, an overview of P&L management, and how to operate seamless shifts as a Doc B’s Manager.  Our goal is to always prioritize the guest experience while supporting and building up the team.

 

Qualifications

 

·        High Integrity

·        BA Degree

·        2+ years of full-service experience in any capacity

·        1-2 years in management or key holder role

·        Proven leader and career progression
