ASM International (ASM) is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help grow the organization by guiding the strategy and execution of digital marketing channel activities. As an integral member of a growing marketing team, you’ll partner with marketing leadership to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels, including email, social media, website, paid advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn), and more. In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing team members and partners across other internal lines of business to define our message strategy and opportunities to reach new audiences in digital marketing channels. If you’re in the early stages of your career or looking to pivot into a new field of digital marketing, this could be the ideal role for you. This role offers the ability to develop skills through hands-on experience while also receiving training and oversight from marketing leadership.


This is a hybrid work opportunity with at least 3 days per week located on-site at our location in Materials Park, OH.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of ASM’s digital marketing strategy, campaign creation and execution, and ongoing monitoring and optimization.
  • Lead the development of engaging email campaigns, including design, audience segmentation, and testing.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and more.
  • Own the execution of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and making data-driven optimizations.
  • Monitor industry trends through social listening and other tactics to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analysis capabilities to analyze and optimize performance
