ASM International (ASM) is seeking a Marketing Content Coordinator to help grow the organization by developing content which amplifies our value proposition and drives greater prospect and customer engagement. As an integral member of a growing marketing team, you’ll partner with marketing leadership and stakeholders across the organization to guide our content strategy and execution. You’ll serve as a critical growth driver by defining our content strategy and owning the execution and optimization across a variety of channels. This is a hybrid work opportunity with at least 3 days per week located on-site at our location in Materials Park, OH.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop informative and engaging content to be executed across a variety of channels, including website, print, email, and social media.
  • Partner with marketing and line of business leadership to develop a content strategy which intersects prospect and member needs with ASM International’s value proposition and objectives.
  • Architect customer journey maps which guide unique customer segments along a decision journey to maximize engagement and lifetime value
  • Develop an editorial calendar which governs communication topics and cadence throughout the year
  • Conduct research of ASM’s target audience to understand the needs and preferences of the materials community
  • Implement organic search (SEO) best practices within content creation to enhance search engine discoverability, rankings, and website traffic.
  • Support content authoring and publishing efforts in website, email, social, and other channel activations
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analysis capabilities to analyze and optimize content
  • Monitor materials industry trends and competitor activities to create relevant and differentiated content
  • Ensure all content is aligned with ASM International’s brand guidelines
