Job Description:

We are seeking a highly polished and personable Receptionist with a Hospitality Background to be the face of The Maverick Club. As the first point of contact for our distinguished members and guests, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience. This role combines front desk responsibilities with a hospitality-driven approach, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to luxury and personalized service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and greet members and guests upon arrival, offering personalized service.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and managing appointment bookings.
  • Assist members with requests, such as making reservations for restaurants, travel, and other services.
  • Coordinate with concierge and support teams to ensure a seamless experience for members.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of The Maverick Club.
  • Handle administrative duties, including managing mail, deliveries, and membership inquiries.
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of members, creating a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere.
  • Support event coordination for in-house member events, ensuring every detail meets the standards of our clientele.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in dealing with high-profile members.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a high-end hospitality or luxury setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
  • Experience using front desk or reservation software is a plus.
  • A polished, professional appearance and demeanor, in line with The Maverick Club's brand.
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating the needs of HNW clients.
  • Hospitality management or similar background is highly desirable.
