Position: Real Estate/Corporate Paralegal

Are you an experienced paralegal ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced corporate legal environment? We're looking for a professional with a minimum of 5 years in a corporate legal department or law firm, specializing in Real Estate and/or Commercial Leasing, with additional expertise in Commercial Lending/Finance and Corporate Governance and Compliance. You'll be at the heart of transaction management, analyzing and interpreting a variety of legal agreements, summarizing obligations and deadlines, drafting essential documents, and collaborating with external agencies, municipalities, lenders, attorneys, and title companies. Your role will also involve comprehensive lease administration, where you'll review and summarize leases, liaise with accounting and operations, monitor deadlines, and ensure all property-related obligations are met. In addition, you'll oversee the meticulous preparation and maintenance of legal files, ensuring all records are accurately tracked in our electronic database. This is your chance to support various departments with their legal needs, tackling miscellaneous tasks assigned by attorneys, and making a significant impact in our legal operations.
