Job Requirements:

• The Enterprise Architect will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture of our cloud-based software solutions, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in application system architecture and design, with the ability to define architecture standards, lead architecture review boards, and collaborate closely with key business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and champion architecture standards, best practices, and design principles for our cloud-based SaaS offerings.
• Lead architecture review boards to secure buy-in and acceptance of key architectural decisions from technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between architectural vision and development efforts.
• Drive the creation of repeatable design patterns that lead to high-quality software solutions, focusing on ease of operation and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architectural strategies and decisions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in enterprise-level architecture, with a strong emphasis on cloud-based distributed applications and SaaS offerings.
• Extensive background in application architecture and design, with a track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
• Experience leading architecture review boards and effectively communicating architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in defining architecture standards, best practices, and establishing repeatable design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly in designing applications for scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
• Proficiency in designing scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization.
• Experience with architecture modeling and documentation tools.
