Job Description *

- Support Workday Deliver Assurance scheduling and execution

- Plan and coordinate with one another to ensure all testing activities are executed within the integrated implementation timeline

- Responsible for the development and management of the implementation Test Strategy and Test Plans

- Direct the activities of test managers and other test resources on a day-to-day basis based on the project plan and required tasks

- Ensure that the Unit, End to End and parallel/UAT test plan requirements are communicated and accepted by impacted vendors and any third parties

- Secure agreement from and coordinate with vendors and internal system owners on test environments, expectations and resources

- Develop a comprehensive set of test scenarios

- Facilitate testing execution

- Manage daily test status reporting

- Provide coaching and support for functional and technical teams in the development of test scenarios

- Provide guidance on the standards for test scenarios

- Sign off on all test plans and test reports

- Identify, escalate and assist in resolving issues related to testing

- Manage test exit - all criteria, reporting and signoffs - for all testing cycles (Unit Testing, End to End Testing, UAT, Parallel Testing)

- Provide status updates in the weekly project team status meeting
