Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer at Autopilot, you will play a critical role in designing our mobile app, ensuring it is not only functional but also delightful to use. Your obsession with consumer apps and your ability to translate user needs into beautiful, intuitive designs will help us continue to deliver an exceptional experience to our users.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and iterate on the design.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of the design is pixel-perfect and user-friendly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Obsession for consumer apps and a deep understanding of what makes them successful.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
