Reporting to the Site Director, the Clinical Lead will oversee the Adult Mental Health Program, leading a team. The role involves providing clinical guidance, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care to clients.

Focus:

  • Supervise and support a team of therapists, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Site Director to develop and implement program goals and initiatives.
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation, particularly in complex cases.
  • Facilitate staff training and development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain licensure and DPS fingerprint clearance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement within the team.


Skill Set:

  • Master’s Degree in a human services field.
  • Independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) conferred by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-Master’s experience in the behavioral health field.
  • 2 years’ management experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Ability to maintain licensing and DPS fingerprint clearance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
