Gill Staffing is a locally owned market leader in employment services in West Michigan. For more than 30 years, we've been making good things happen for other people – our employees and our clients. Our experienced and caring staff provides screened, well-trained employees in light industrial, clerical, professional, and contract staffing. We are a family-owned company with a strong belief in the people and economic success of the West Michigan and Northern Michigan areas. Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Gill Staffing has expanded operations in Holland and Cadillac. We will expand into the East side of the state later this year.


Role Description

We are seeking a individual with an engaging personality, strong customer service background, high level of integrity and an unwavering drive for success for our office located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting contract workers and direct hire placements. To be successful in this role you must have a passion for helping people, have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, possess excellent follow-through skills, be self-motivated and enjoy a challenge. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, Interview and present candidates to clients.

• Generate a pipeline of viable candidates for light industrial, skilled trades and administrative opportunities.

• Develop knowledge of the industries we serve.

• Build strong working relationships with clients, applicants and team members.

• Ensure all data is collected, updated and reported properly.

• Create a positive experience for applicants, employees and clients.

Ideal candidate would have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
