Regional Sales Manager

Our civil engineering client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the learning and development of the sales team
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis


Qualifications

  • Strong drive and motivation,
  • 3 years (Preferred) in Project Engineering/Management or Technical Sales in the construction engineering or selling engineering services of some kind (general construction, mechanical, structural, civil, etc)
  • Proven ability to speak with customers and good personality
  • Familiar with construction documents
  • Ability to assume ownership of the sales process of both products and services to our customers.
  • General construction or civil background
