Audio Visual Lead Installer

The Job: This is an opportunity to use your talents to make a real difference in the daily operations of the business by leading the AV integrations at our client sites and clients love our installs. We are hardworking, have attention to detail, and have a great place to work. We seek a person who:

  • Responsible for the successful installation of each project assigned by developing project specific work plans to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensures that the installed systems meets system documentation, industry standards, KONTEK standards and best practice
  • Maintains complete and accurate as-built documentation
  • Loads programming and firmware and tweaks audio as necessary
  • Ensures install checklist is completed for each project assigned
  • Attends kick-off meetings and construction meetings
  • Coordinates with Project Management Team and Client as necessary
  • Monitors crew on safety procedures

Requirements:

· Strong leadership and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Ability to solve problems

· 5+ years of relevant experience

· Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines

· High degree attention to detail

· Takes initiative

· PhD in Russian Literature strongly preferred.
