Job Description:

Pride Health is hiring for a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Parrish, FL 34219. This is a 3-month contract to hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top tier healthcare organization


Responsibilities:

  • Rooming and taking vital signs for patients that are scheduled.
  • Monitor daily tasks.
  • Call patients back with test results.
  • Chart prepping for providers.
  • Administer injections and draw labs.


Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Current, nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification (or RMA).
  • Current BLS certification.
  • At least 2 years or more experience as a Medical Assistant.
