We are seeking a driven and dedicated Finance Manager to join our finance team. You will be instrumental in building and optimizing Pockyt's revenue operations, with a focus on customer fund payments and receipts. This role will also support the financial planning and analysis efforts of the company. As we continue to grow internationally, your expertise will enhance our financial operations and support global expansion in general.


Revenue Operations

  • Manage the portfolio of current merchants by ensuring payment and receipt data is accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants and partners, ensuring their information needs are met diligently and timely.
  • Oversee monthly revenue recognition and reporting based on merchant payment data.
  • Continuously enhance internal control processes for payment and receipt data, leveraging automation to mitigate risks.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing automation tools to streamline reporting and reconciliation with payment networks and merchants.
  • Collaborate with product and AI teams to develop a data strategy that supports accurate, timely reporting and enhances decision-making.


Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the company’s core businesses.
  • Generate actionable recommendations and insights from KPIs to support operational decision-making.
  • Contribute to the company-wide budgeting and forecasting process as well as monthly managerial reporting efforts.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance operations, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process automation, handling and analyzing large data sets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
