We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as our Director of Energy and First Impressions (formerly known as the Front Desk Manager position). Ideal candidates will have a deep passion for fitness and be ready to uphold the high-energy environment that defines Amped Fitness. Key responsibilities include managing membership sales, maintaining member accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Also included in this role will be community outreach to build awareness, establish relationships with local businesses, and generate excitement for our events If you thrive in a team-oriented environment, crave opportunities for career advancement, and value a supportive and vibrant workplace culture, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage membership sales and member accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the high-energy atmosphere that Amped Fitness is known for.
  • Organize and oversee daily operations at the front desk.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and promote community engagement.
  • Generate excitement and buzz around our events through effective marketing strategies.


Requirements:

  • Passion for the fitness industry and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a split shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am-1pm & 4pm-8pm.
