Your new role
As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for the overall safety and compliance across multiple projects at any given time. Successfully communicate safety and best practices amongst Project Manager, Superintendents, and foreman and assure these standards and guidelines are met on a continual basis.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you possess a minimum 5 years’ experience in the heavy civil market in a safety position. You will also have the ability to multi task, great communication skills and a high level of leadership ability. Ideally you will have a degree in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management but that will not remove you from consideration if you do not.
