Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and versatile individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines customer service, account management, and executive assistance. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage key accounts, and provide administrative support to the President. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide detailed information about our products, services, pricing, and timelines.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Process orders and track them through to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Monitor account activities and prepare regular reports on account status.
- Manage the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the President.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or executive support.
- Experience in the printing industry is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Quickbooks a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing details and ensuring accuracy.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
