Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Experience in End-to-End value chain in Cash management
  • Agile experience is mandatory.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in End-to-End value chain in Cash management
  • At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
  • Functional Knowledge of Cash Management (Payments and Liquidity Management). Hands on experience in handling business process in Cash Management.
  • Good understanding of Cash Management Process life cycles and various product like Payments, ACH, Wires, RTP, Balacne Reporting, Zero Balancing, Liquidity management etc.
  • Strong Product Owner with ability to communicate at leadership level
  • Should be able to talk confidently about financial products like (Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Treasury Accounting, Back-office processes)
  • Can easily fit into Product owner’s role to deliver the product, must have worked on building / integrating products on various Fintech platforms
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills at executive level; work closely with product team to define the strategy for release and implementation plan.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.


The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
