Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at Flynn Construction Inc. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure project schedules are met, and maintain quality and safety standards on-site.


Qualifications

·        Project Management, Construction supervision and Quality control skills

·        Knowledge of building codes and regulations

·        Inspection capabilities

·        Ability to work effectively in a team environment

·        Strong communication, problem-solving skills and leadership abilities

·        10+ Years of experience in commercial construction projects

·        Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints and construction drawings

·        Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-hour certification

·         Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
