Job Title: Brand Production & Operations Coordinator

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40 hours/week

Location: HYBRID - Studio City/Los Angeles, CA

**Must work on-site 2x per week

Contract Duration: July 22, 2024 - Dec 16, 2024


The Brand Production & Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing in-house projects for our client's Design and Creative teams. In addition, this role is the logistical liaison between the Brand Group and our client's International partners and external vendors. The coordinator is responsible for tracking and delivering creative assets and specs between all parties and facilitating smooth handoffs on all special projects


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the international promo/creative needs.
  • Facilitate the delivery of assets between the client and their Network.
  • Research and generate music cue sheets for promos being sent to the Network
  • Create agendas and facilitate weekly meetings with the Network and provide updates on projects as needed for the group.
  • Assign all design requests to the Brand Design team.
  • Act as liaison between the Production & Operations and Design teams.
  • Manage the on-air lower third process.
  • Ensure versions are listed correctly in the database.
  • Assign job requests to designers.
  • Manage approvals and delivery.
  • Act as liaison for out-of-house vendors (specs/assets/deliveries).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in cable or network television on-air promotion or marketing (experience in media not required)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle fast pace and high volume. Capable of handling multiple projects with the ability to communicate at C-level.
  • Working knowledge of production and post-production procedures.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to creatively problem solve and communicate concepts and ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong collaborator and team player.
