We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to help drive our transformation across on-premise and cloud platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, operational excellence, and building highly reliable systems.What You’ll DoYou’ll play a key role in shaping and supporting hybrid infrastructure. You will:Oversee and enhance Windows Server environments spanning multiple generations.Develop automated build and delivery workflows using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Packer.Manage and optimize VMware virtualization and AWS compute resources.Troubleshoot complex OS, system, and infrastructure problems in a fast-paced enterprise setting.Automate provisioning, patching, and day-to-day operational tasks.Support security initiatives, including configuration hardening and vulnerability remediation.Contribute to infrastructure modernization efforts—including container platforms (Kubernetes experience is a plus).Participate in planned maintenance windows when needed.Mentor peers and share knowledge across engineering teams.What We’re Looking ForA seasoned infrastructure professional with:7+ years in enterprise Windows Server engineering.Hybrid experience spanning both on-prem and AWS environments.Strong background with vSphere/ESXi/vCenter and virtualization fundamentals.Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Packer, and image automation.Experience building and managing custom AMIs or golden images.Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and core networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VLANs, load balancers).PowerShell expertise (Python or Bash exposure is a bonus).Familiarity with patching, compliance, and remediation processes.Bonus: hands-on work with Kubernetes or containerized workloads.Preferred Education & CertificationsDegree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).Certifications such as Microsoft Windows Server, VMware VCP, AWS Solutions Architect, and IaC/automation badges are highly valued.What's on OfferYou’ll join a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages both professional growth and personal well-being, including:Hybrid work (up to 2 days remote)Tuition support and student loan assistanceTechnology stipendCompetitive PTO and parental leaveComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matching
