Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Childhood Teacher at New Beginnings Christian Learning Center located in Taneytown, MD. The Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for providing care, instruction, and support to young children. They will create and implement age-appropriate curriculum, assess student progress, and collaborate with parents and staff to ensure a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Previous experience working with young children
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Certifications in First Aid
