Role Requirements

Mandatory:

  • A current Secret (or above) security clearance with the U.S. Department of Defense or an agency with full clearance reciprocity.
  • Current membership in the TBM Council.
  • Provable experience implementing TBM in one or more federal organizations.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) and the TBM Taxonomy with the Federal Extension.
  • Proven experience driving an organization’s FITARA score up by at least one grade.
  • Proven experience with Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) federal reporting.
  • Proven experience with Federal Financial Operations (FinOps).
  • Experience working with a small team applying and teaching the ideas and principles of the Agile Manifesto.
