Traveling Project Manager--SCIF Projects

What You Will Be Doing
Projects bid include: NAVFAC contracts, tenant fit out, and private sector projects up to $10M. The Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex commercial and federal projects and a willingness to travel to various job sites across the US.
- We are functioning as the CM in most cases and will consider candidates from the GC or owner's side.
3+ years of relevant Project Manager experience and:
- Bachelors Degree (Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management)
- Willingness to travel to jobsites across the US as needed
- Project experience with Commercial and/or industrial T.I.
- Project experience with SCIF and/or NAVFAC projects
- RFI and change order experience
- Prior experience with Planswift or MC Squared is a PLUS
- Excellent deadline management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Salary 105-155k (based on experience)
