Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Ella's in Traverse City, MI. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. They will also analyze sales data, build client relationships, and collaborate with different departments to enhance the overall sales process.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and implement them effectively
  • Customer-focused with a deep understanding of sales principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

  • Certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus
