Education and Experience:

The Senior Software Engineer should excel in overseeing and coordinating software projects, guiding solution architects, and ensuring alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including microservices, RESTful APIs, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. Crucially, they must demonstrate leadership in implementing DevOps practices and fostering compliance with technical standards. Effective communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate teams under pressure are essential soft skills. A degree is preferred, but extensive relevant experience is required.

Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities:
