Advanced Security Program Operations Manager

Salary: $115k- $145k/yr

Region: Northern, California Remote


Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is seeking an ASP Operations Manager for their Healthcare Security Client in California.


JOB SUMMARY:


Under the direction of the Advanced Security Programs (ASP) Vice President, the ASP Operations Manager will assist in managing ASP projects and programs the BCI Security Service organization. They will play a crucial part in overseeing logistical and administrative functions and be the key liaison across departments ensuring seamless communication and coordination to meet program and organizational goals.


Must be based in Northern California with the ability to travel to sites and event spaces as needed within the region.


Program Coordination & Management

  • Develop comprehensive plans for each ASP program, ensuring recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management all meet the defined objectives within the established timelines. Escalate risks as appropriate.
  • Manage ASP program handbooks ensuring the latest information is documented and supports regulatory, client, and BCI requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to program activities, decisions, and outcomes, including meeting minutes, reports, and other relevant records.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that program activities and deliverables meet established standards and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in ongoing business operations, communication, and program activities.
  • Lead ongoing team meetings to discuss progress, risks, needs and to maximize productivity
  • Monitor and track actual expenses against budgeted amounts to ensure that spending remains within approved limits.
  • Support the dissemination of information to ensure field teams are well-informed, connected and supported in their day-to-day activities.


Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a central point of contact between various departments involved in the program(s) execution, facilitating communication and collaboration to meet program(s) objectives
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among program stakeholders and leadership, including, distributing information, providing updates on progress, and addressing questions or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders, including internal team members, external partners, and program participants, to gather input, communicate expectations, and to ensure alignment with program goals.
  • Support the operations teams in understanding program direction, changes, and modification in program policies, processes, or protocols as they arise.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork among program team members and stakeholders, promotion a positive and supportive work environment to achieve program goals.


Logistics Management

  • Oversee equipment and supplies allocation. Facilitate quarterly inventory review of all equipment and ensure proper numbers are established and maintained.
  • Partner with vendors and/or finance to order, receive, and deliver required uniforms and equipment.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of the program(s), including scheduling meetings, events, securing venues, accommodations, and managing program resources.


Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum four years’ experience including coordinating and executing project activities, with at least one year focus in project management.


Preferred Experience:

  • Master's Degree
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification.
  • Completion of a project management educational training or certification program.
  • Familiar with business frameworks, including SWOT analysis, Cost/Benefit analysis, Logic Models, etc.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerAutomate, Planner)


Minimum Qualifications at Entry:

  • Be 18 years of age and possess an Associate's Degree
  • Have a reliable and functional means of communication (i.e., cell phone)
  • The legal right to work in the United States
  • Possess a valid government-issued driver’s license or state-issued I.D.
  • An active state-issued guard card preferred
  • Successfully pass the client’s pre-employment screening process (Drug Test, Health Screen, Criminal
  • Background Check)
  • Ability to properly wear an N95 mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines while onsite
  • Complete healthcare competency assessment and training on defusing assaultive behaviors
