Senior Treasury Analyst – Global Operations


We are seeking a skilled Senior Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic and growing client. This role reports directly to the Head of Global Treasury Operations and will play a key part in supporting the company’s treasury and insurance programs, driving efficiencies, and improving processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal, and External Banking partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cash flow reports and compile weekly cash flow analysis.
  • Participate in the month-end closing process, including analytical schedules and audit requests.
  • Support global cash funding and repatriation processes for international subsidiaries.
  • Manage banking projects, including the opening and closure of bank accounts, working closely with external banking partners
  • Work with banking partners to provide required legal forms for account signers and board resolutions and complete KYC (“Know Your Customer”) due diligence.
  • Investigate and resolve banking-related issues to support internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Administer online banking portals and manage user entitlements.
  • Prepare and analyze daily cash reports for management.
  • Support FX spot trade transactions.
  • Identify and implement treasury automation and process improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to ensure successful operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or General Business.
  • MBA and/or CTP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate treasury, cash management, banking, or financial analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with major online banking platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of international banking processes, regulations, and laws.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SAP Business Object/Microsoft BI.
  • Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP systems is a plus.


Location: This position can be based in Richardson, USA. The role offers a hybrid working model, with the expectation of some in-office presence.
