Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead commercial roofing crews and subcontractors on various projects.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily operations to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and OSHA standards.
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise during projects.
- Train and mentor crew members to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Oversee materials management, ensuring proper inventory and on-site logistics.
- Maintain project records including daily reports, work progress, and material usage.
Qualifications:
Commercial roofing experience (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, BUR, metal, etc.).
Proven leadership experience managing roofing crews and subcontractors.
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using project management software/CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Job Type & Compensation:
- Full-Time
- Base Salary: $100,000 + Performance Bonuses
