International Staff Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofing Estimator and Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our roofing department, you will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring timely completion.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in commercial and flat roofing. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on roofing solutions. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively manage stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate project costs and prepare detailed proposals for clients;
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including preparing submittal packages, creating shop drawings, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors;
  • Conduct site visits to obtain necessary information for estimates and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing;
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and client communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial and flat roofing, with a strong understanding of south Florida building codes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Familiarity with Edge estimating software and other industry-standard tools;
  • A clean driving record and willingness to use company-provided vehicle.
