Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements for a variety of investment fund structures
  • Process and record investment transactions
  • Review and evaluate general ledger and bookkeeping records for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with capital calls, distributions, and financial statement preparation
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS)
  • Oversee and manage assigned 2 fund portfolios and 1 Fund Accountant


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related
  • 7+ years (Supervisor) and 10+ years (Manager) experience in fund accounting
  • Must have proficiency with Investran
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
