Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist or consultant with a strong background in Klaviyo’s email marketing capabilities. This role involves leading email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing engagement.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Build and customize email templates to align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess campaign performance
  • Generate comprehensive reports on email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling email content
  • Develop strategies for list segmentation and personalization to enhance targeting
  • Stay updated with email marketing best practices and industry trends.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience using Klaviyo's email marketing capabilities, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
