The MT Studio is in over 30 states and growing locally as well. With this growth, we are looking to add a licensed Project Architect to our team. This position will handle the production coordination and manage projects from design concept through construction administration. Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage architectural projects and take ownership of specific client accounts including management of communication with those clients.
  • Create working construction drawing sets for all building-related items and adhere to established design guidelines.
  • Review completed construction drawing sets for quality control including standardization of all drawings, procedures, and specifications.
  • Ability to work with clients, consultants, and permitting agencies to complete the permitting process.
  • Work closely with all civil, structural, PM & E, landscaping, environmental, and other consultants by reviewing drawing files for coordination and adherence to established design standards.
  • Support the construction administration process by visiting field locations for site surveys and punch lists as needed.
  • Obtain information on construction building materials for specific plans.
  • Act as a leader and resource to other team members.
  • Ability to lead, manage and hold other team members accountable.
  • Motivated and willing to take initiative to lead.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Revit, and Add-On rendering software.
  • Understands and interprets the International Building Code.
  • Understands zoning and permit procedures and processes for construction drawings.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture
  • Architectural licensure
