Role Description

My client is hiring for a full-time on-site role for a General Dentist located in Marshall, TX. The General Dentist will be responsible for providing dental care and treatment to patients, diagnosing dental conditions, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on oral healthcare.

  • Averaging 80 new pts per month
  • Office production of $150-200k per mo
  • Dr we are replacing averages about $70k prod/mo
  • Dr needs basic general dentistry skills (exp w Endo and Removable is a plus)



Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental program
  • Active state dental license in Texas
  • Strong knowledge and experience in general dentistry procedures and treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Compassion and empathy towards patients
