Summary:

Join a leading team at the top financial firm in the country. I am looking for a few new associates to join my team of Financial Advisors. Within 1 to 2 years, successful candidates can be promoted to a Senior Investment Advisor or Executive Management position.


Training, Development and Licensing Support fully provided by the firm for the right candidates. Our company is growing at a record pace. I need to expand my team to provide clients with guidance on a wide variety of financial matters. Seeking people with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and business-owner mentality... self-motivated and disciplined people who show up to the office when needed or work remotely without being micromanaged.


Compensation Package:

W-2 Position with Full Corporate Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc)

Non-Commission Compensation

Commission and Resdiuals

Bonuses Paid Throughout The Year

Pension (Vested after 5 years)


Requirements:

Resident of Southern California (Orange County)

College Degree (Bachelors)

Great Communication Skills (Written and Spoken)

Professional Attitude

Pleasant Demeanor

Computer Savvy

Networking Skills

Financial Literacy

Pass a Background Check


Financial Services experience definitely helps but not necessary. Some of the most successful Advisors here transitioned from completely different fields like Teachers, Military, and Coaches. Former Mortgage Loan Officers do very well here also. If you have knowledge or a background in Taxes, this is definitely a position you would want to explore. Sales experience can be helpful as long as it is non-aggressive. Our primary goal is to maintain client relationships for life.
