As a Financial Advisor at Capstone Partners Financial, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and guidance to clients with the support, training and mentorship of a Fortune 100 firm Mass Mutual. Your role will involve analyzing financial information, developing personalized strategies, and assisting clients in achieving their financial goals.

**Key duties include**:

- Conducting in-depth financial analysis and research to identify investment opportunities
- Developing and implementing personalized financial plans based on clients' goals and risk tolerance while working in a team enviroment.
- Providing guidance on investment options, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax strategies
- Monitoring and reviewing clients' portfolios to ensure alignment with their objectives
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings with a team centered approach.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (Finance/Business BA is not required).
- Proven experience of success in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong coachability to learn financial concepts, sales techniques, and passing of: L&H exam, SIE and Series 6/7 and 66 investments exams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.

**Office Locations looking to hire are throughout Southern California, Nevada
- Las Vegas/Reno, Utah and Colorado.**

Pay: From $120,148.00 per year
