Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of projects by working closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional stakeholders. You will be responsible for facilitating effective communication, tracking project progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones.


Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project objectives, scope, and timelines.
  2. Ensure effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders and team members.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  4. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  6. Assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings and workshops.
  7. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and alignment with project goals.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  2. At least 3-5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  5. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  7. Experience in project management methodologies and techniques.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
