What You Need for this Position

At Least 3 Years Of Experience And Knowledge Of

  • Estimating commercial GC projects (TI experience a plus)
  • Hard bid and or conceptual bid processes
  • Takes offs for general trades
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, On Screen Takeoff and other construction related software preferred
