Job Duration: 18 months
The ERP Systems Administrator - HRMS will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the configuration, security administration, change management, monitoring, auditing, and integrations of the Workday HRMS system components. This role is integral to the successful implementation and maintenance of technical solutions within Workday, ensuring the system meets all business requirements while adhering to company standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide system administration support across all Workday HRMS environments.
- Manage release management, change management, and upgrade/update processes.
- Oversee database refreshes and monitor maintenance notifications and system performance.
- Administer developer environments and support troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Maintain system configurations, workflows, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing, user access, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and design system modifications and extensions.
- Develop and update custom reports using the latest Workday HRMS reporting tools.
- Create and maintain system documentation, ensuring consistency with company standards.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve raised system issues and provide administrative support for other ERP systems.
- Promote safety awareness and report unsafe conditions to relevant departments.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Experience:
- 3+ years as a Workday HRMS System Administrator.
- 3+ years of expertise in system auditing and managing integrations for Workday HRMS.
- 3+ years of experience in user authentication, user authorization, and data security.
- 3+ years of development or application extension expertise.
- 3+ years of experience creating and updating custom reports in Workday HRMS.
- Superior technical proficiency with SQL for reviewing and analyzing data.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience with Workday HRMS in areas such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Time Reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows products (Excel, Word, Access).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Ability to mentor team members and transfer knowledge effectively.
