We are seeking a strong Vice President of Manufacturing for our client's facilities in Mississippi and Illinois. The role is based in Mississippi and reports to the SVP Operations.


Our client is a plastics homeware manufacturer (e.g. drinkware, table and children's ware, hydration) whose products are sold at Walmart, Target and Amazon to name but a few They are more than 60 years in business and take huge pride in their innovative, safe and BPA-Free products that are Made In The USA


When operating at full capacity, the Mississippi plant has approximately 75 employees and the new Vice President of Manufacturing will have a team of 7-8 direct reports and will have the opportunity to build out their team.


The ideal candidate will have:

◼ 5 yrs Injection and Blow Molding experience

◼ 7+ yrs Plant Manager experience

◼ Experience in Operations Leadership

◼ Relocation assistance is available
