Position: Architectural Designer/Drafter

Location: San Diego, CA

About Us: We are a leading architecture firm dedicated to creating innovative and beautiful custom homes. We specialize in new custom homes, extensive remodels & additions, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results for our clients.


Some Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilize CAD and SketchUp software to create and refine drawings.
  • Prepare and modify Construction Drawings.
  • Work with city planners and respond to comments and corrections to get projects approved.
  • Measure existing homes and create as-built drawings.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural drawings.
  • Prepare and modify Construction Drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Assist in project coordination and management.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Three Years working full time in the field of Architecture- Preferable Custom Homes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
