Our team will outline the strategy and plan for each client's content. You must excel in producing engaging and creative content on behalf of brands. The candidate must also have experience in video editing, photography, and copywriting.


This role works with our marketing strategists to understand the developed brand/marketing strategy and apply it to all aspects of brand content and communications. In most cases, the content efforts will rely heavily on social media channels but will also be deployed across ​websites or email.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proven ability to create content (both photo and video) that performs across multiple platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, etc.
  • Ideate with content strategists to develop content ideas that will resonate strongly with our core consumers.
  • Concepting ideas for both social and influencer content
  • Build files to post as needed on all social channels
  • Curate and organize all content spanning text, audio, visual, and multimedia formats
  • Understand our client's brand DNA and bring it to life across all social channels
  • Understand best design practices across all social channels, especially Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Collaborate with the design team to generate animated content
  • Research social content trends to maintain a fresh point of view
  • Perform audits on social performance on a rolling basis and be able to present findings.
  • Maintain and grow client social channels.
  • Attend creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings, contributing meaningful ideas and design strategy formulation.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Digitally native social-first content creator
  • 3+ years of professional creative experience, with a demonstrable passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms.
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite on Mac Platform (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, and Google Slides.
  • High level of initiative and positive approach.
  • Ability to create and revise projects quickly
  • Able to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written business communication skills. Must be able to interact and speak persuasively with all levels of management effectively.
