Marketing Event Coordinator

***Must be able to work ONSITE in Green Cove Springs, Florida***


Primary responsibility will be to work with the Marketing and Sales teams to support multiple annual tradeshows, dealer, and corporate events throughout the year. This position will be part of the Marketing team and may also support other marketing efforts and projects as needed.


Minimum Requirements:

  • College graduate in a relevant course of study and / or equivalent experience managing multi-faceted projects for mid-to-large organizations
  • 3-5 Years of experience
  • Applicants should be creative and show an aptitude for marketing and sales related activities
  • Must be a self-starter and motivated
  • Must thrive in fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure


Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM system
  • Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Project and time management skills
  • Experience managing and reconciling budgets


Responsibilities:

  • Organize and execute all requirements for national tradeshows, annual dealer meeting, and other corporate level events throughout the year
  • Act as primary contact and liaison for all dealers, and regional sales managers
  • Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to identify goals, objectives and agenda for each event/seminar/sponsorship/webinar
  • Establish a project plan/schedule and manage all tasks against stated deadlines
  • Drive the client invitation process and works with the team to create and disseminate email invitations, reminders and follow up emails
  • Oversee all logistics planning and execution including agenda, production/delivery of event materials and catering needs
  • Track event expenses to stay within or below budget
  • Develop and manage attendee lists, RSVPs and follow-up steps
  • Work with team members on marketing and promotion of events as needed
  • Administer the fulfillment of sponsorships and or dealer co-ops, ensuring the benefits are maximized and all efforts such as exhibits, promotional items and printed materials are consistent with brand standards
  • Provide on-site support and management of events as needed
  • Evaluate/report the impact of the events using established performance indicators; identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support of additional communications efforts such as PR and advertising, social media, and editorial web and video content
