  • Hourly Rate: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
  • Contract Duration: 3 months, no extension


Program Support Coordinator Job Description:

This position plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of the IRA program. The role involves comprehensive collaboration with Internal Controls, Site Teams, Avon departments, Subcontractors, and Sub-Tiers to ensure adherence to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content requirements. Key responsibilities include researching and resolving issues, document and file management, and training and educating site teams and Avon departments on Inflation Reduction Act policies and standards, along with creating and maintaining essential documentation to facilitate program administration. This position is pivotal in developing and recommending strategies to enhance program efficiency and compliance.


What you’ll do as an Program Support Coordinator:

  • Collaborate with Internal Controls, Site Teams, Avon departments, Subcontractors, and Sub-Tiers to review reports and ensure corrective measures are taken to ensure compliance with Inflation Reduction Act requirements
  • Conduct training and education sessions for Site Teams and departments on Inflation Reduction Act policies and standards, promoting program understanding and implementation
  • Produce documentation, process maps, and presentations to support Inflation Reduction Act program administration and communication
  • Propose solutions and recommendations from various administrative alternatives, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
  • Perform day-to-day administrative and programmatic tasks, including document and file management, to ensure smooth program operations
  • Participate in the development of procedures and guidelines to satisfy the goals of the department or agency
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement corrective measures and maintain ongoing adherence to Inflation Reduction Act regulations
  • Recommend administrative strategies and changes to optimize program effectiveness and compliance
  • Stay up to date on Inflation Reduction Act regulations


What you’ll bring to the Program Support Coordinator role:

  • Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent grammar and proofreading skills
  • Excellent word processing skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Adobe, and related legal software, including electronic document management systems, and willing to learn cloud and other applications
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams at all levels within the company
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information and act in a professional demeanor
