Power Financial provides a stimulating work environment that is both productive and enjoyable. We are currently searching for a dynamic Graphics & Design Specialist to join our credit union family. This position will be based in our Sheridan location (Pembroke Pines-I-75 & Sheridan). Some remote work may be available after 3 to 4 month training period. The position is responsible for the creation of all assets (print, video, and digital media) as well as ensuring the consistent representation of the credit union’s brand across all channels. taking ideas and turning them into compelling designs and engaging video content that is consistent with the image, tone and voice of the brand while also supporting the overall business goals of the organization. Will serve as a diligent brand steward, ensuring a strong and consistent brand image across all channels by having a thorough understanding of branding, graphic design, video production and marketing, and be able to find the perfect combination of form and function for each project. This position will work closely with VP, Marketing Director, other PFCU partners and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. They will also assist the Marketing Department with a variety of other marketing functions.


In this position you will:


  • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and create innovative graphic designs and engaging videos that meet business goals.
  • Design, create and maintain a consistent brand experience and identify, regardless of channel or medium, from digital to in-branch.
  • Manage and update digital portals such as but not limited to: InLighten, Digital Insight, Marketing Portal, etc.
  • Assist in the day-to-day function of the marketing organization to include but not be limited to: 1) distributing promotional signage and materials to branches and support in maintaining consistent marketing and branding within the branches; 2) creating and distributing marketing and other materials to support sales and business development efforts, in addition, to the tracking of promo item inventory and 3) managing marketing content requests from various departments throughout PFCU and 4) assisting in the management and execution of events and sponsorships.
  • Update and maintain internal database of designs, photography, video, etc.


To be considered you will need:


  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or marketing preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years marketing and graphic design experience.
  • Strong knowledge of current design and video editing software.
  • Strong creativity and innovative design skills.
  • Knowledge of Kentico or other CMS tools a plus.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, organized, results driven and has strong attention to detail and a passion for

design.

  • Must be able to work in a time sensitive environment and communicate decisions to all stakeholders.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
